How to Reserve a Puppy

We’ve already reached out to everyone currently on the waitlist. If you’d like to be considered for this litter, the first step is to complete our online puppy application.

  1. Step 1 – Apply: Submit your application through our website at monticelloranch.com/puppy-applications/ .
  2. Step 2 – Placement Chat: We’ll review your application and discuss your goals, lifestyle, and whether you’re seeking a service, therapy, sport, or companion dog. Once we've approved your application, deposit is required to reserve your puppy.
  3. Step 3 – Volhard Testing: At 7 weeks (December 1), each puppy is Volhard tested to evaluate service and working potential.
  4. Step 4 – Deposits & Pick Order: Once test results are in and service puppies are placed, we go down the line in pick order to select your pup. You can choose to have the breeder select for you, if you prefer.
  5. Step 5 – Go-Home Day: Puppies are ready to go home on December 8. Arrangements can be made for pickup closer to Christmas, additional fees may apply.
